How to Export a Character to MotionBuilder

By Mocappy 1 Comment

Every character animation project I’ve worked on in MotionBuilder has always started in another 3D package. So, I thought it only seemed right to start my first video tutorial in the same way.

In this tutorial you’ll learn all the settings you need to successfully export your character to MotionBuilder using the FBX exporter plug-in.

I’ll take you step-by-step through the export process, explain what some of the plug-in settings do and show you which ones you’ll need to successfully export your character to MotionBuilder.

And if you don’t have a character to export, you can learn more about How to Rig a Character for MotionBuilder, here.
